Samuel Dennigan is the founder and advisor of Strong Roots, Exec Chair of Square Root, Non Exec Chair of Omos and Founder and Producer of The Alternative Route.
Samuel founded Strong Roots in 2015 with a mission to fix the freezer aisle. Strong Roots has grown from Dublin to a global brand with sustainability always at its fore, becoming the first ever Irish plant-based food B Corp in 2021. The brand has become a fan-favorite for consumers globally, available in over 30,000 stores across 10 countries. Strong Roots was acquired in 2024 by McCain Foods to bring more vegetable-forward, environmentally responsible food choices to more consumers around the world.
Samuel is passionate about educating industry professionals on building more sustainable food systems. He serves on the Endeavor Ireland board, is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and Outlier and is an advisor and mentor to entrepreneurs in the consumer space.
Crystelle
Crystelle Pereira is a British baker, author, and TV personality known for her vibrant, flavor-packed fusion cooking, blending her Portuguese-Goan heritage with global influences, showcased on The Great British Bake Off (GBBO) where she was a finalist in 2021. A UCL graduate, she's since published the bestselling cookbook My Flavour Kitchen, appeared on numerous TV shows like Good Morning America, and was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2025 for her culinary success.
